Format for the workshop:
- Get to know the Appreciative Inquiry approach and experience World Cafe, a technique for leading large groups in business, the professions, and the community. With this you will be able to facilitate a large group for innovation and problem solving.

Andre Burki
Andre is a Trainer, Leadership & Team Coach and Organisational Developer passionate about helping
organisations achieve synergy. Originally from Switzerland he has worked with leading companies in the retail (MANOR AG), insurance (Helvetia, Baloise), chemical (Novartis, Syngenta, Lonza Group) and financial
services sector (SIZ-Group). He specialises in tailoring his consulting services to individual client
requirements and to facilitate change on an organisational and personal level. Andre has a degree in Business Administration and is a professional certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF PCC) holding
several accreditations for psychometric tools.
